New Heights Recovery is a company that bought the assets of WRI Illinois in 1998 following a fire that destroyed the Tire Derived Fuel (TDF) manufacturing facility. The Company assumed the debt and received a re-issuance of a $2,930,000 bond to assume operations of the plant in Marseilles, IL (LaSalle County). The total project was $2,930,000 and retained 40 jobs.
