Dover Development is planning the development of Cedarhurst of McHenry, a new market rate senior housing complex in McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois. Cedarhurst of McHenry will consist of the acquisition of 5.5 acres of land in McHenry, Illinois, on Blake Boulevard just west of Richmond Road, and the construction of a 75,000 square foot, two-story assisted living, and memory care facility. The total project cost is expected to be $11,000,000 including $8,000,000 of new construction and $500,000 of equipment. Fifty jobs are expected to be created.
