Cinnamon Lakes Towers, built in 1980 is a seven-story 274-unit housing complex next to Cinnamon Lake near the I-94 expressway and US 41 in Waukegan, Illinois (Lake County). It features studio, one-two bedroom units with individually controlled heat air-conditioning, laundry facilities and kitchens, a heated swimming pool, out-door balcony, playground and tennis court. A dishwasher is included and a ceiling fan in the dining room. The project was a major rehabilitation and equipping of the 274-unit multi-family rental housing development at 2701 Glen Flora, Waukegan. The total project was $30,000,000. On June 27, 2018, bonds were issued in the amount of $26,650,000 to help create and retain 63 full-time jobs.
