Reserve at the Hudson

Shodeen Development Inc., established in 1961, is a family owned second generation developer of residential homes in the Fox Lake Illinois region. The project was the redevelopment of a six-story mixed use building at 59 S. Adams Street in downtown Oswego, IL (Kendall County). It includes sub level parking, first floor restaurants, commercial space, market level apartments and a second building across the street with market rate residential units. The total cost of the project was $44,400,000 and created 25 full-time jobs.
