Shodeen Construction Company LLC is developing a new residential rental and mixed-use project that consists of the construction of three building, one rental apartment building and two mixed use buildings to be known as Mill Creek. The development is in an unincorporated area of Kane County, adjacent to Geneva.
The proposed development will create approximately 15,000 square feet of retail, commercial, office and restaurant space. The development will generate up to 40 potential permanent jobs, not including any of the construction jobs to build the buildings. The total investment is $20,100,000 including land acquisition, construction, and associated development costs, financed by approximately 30% equity and 70% debt.
